NEW TESTAMENT:
Luke 6:9-16; 15:11-32;

2 Corinthians 5:1-21;
Ephesians 2:1-10;
Colossians 1:1-29
TORAH
Joseph did not realise how hungry he really was.
Why is Judah the one now approaching Joseph? Prophetically in Genesis 37, Judah had the idea to sell Joseph to the enemy (Judah=Judas), because he has the kingly priestly blessing.
Just like Joseph, Yeshua was not just king of the Jews but the King of the whole universe.
Judah (Judas) is before Joseph (Yeshua) because he is getting judged and does not even know it.
Judah gets an opportunity to redeem himself by laying down his life for Benjamin. He is willing to be a slave, like Joseph (eye for an eye, tooth for an tooth.) A life for another's life. This is why Yeshua came to do. Eye for an eye does NOT mean getting the right to retaliate (lex talionis) revenge on someone that destroyed you as it it falsely interpreted.
Judah recognises the right thing to do to save his father.
Judah's first mistakes for selling Joseph manifested in the affair with the Nephilim and Tamar. It brought misery because he forgot Jacob.
"I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me." Galatians 2:20
It took 20 years (this is how long i think the Great Tribulation will be) to finally get Judah (the Jews) to understand. Judas entered into Messiah's role and finally got the sceptre.
Judah's redemption of humbling himself and willing to bear the blame from the king.
Because Judah expunged from himself the sins of the past through repentance, not knowing he is repenting in front of his brother that he through was long dead by his own sins.
It took Joseph 20 years to realise that it was God's doing that allowed him to be sold into Egypt. It took 20 years to extract the pride from his life being the best son of Jacob. This might how it will be done to the Two Witnesses in the 20 year Tribulation.
We need to have the favour of God first to get the favour of man.
Joseph, just like Yeshua, asks his brothers to trust in him that he is king, and if they do, their families will have free access to Paradise = Goshen/Avaris.
Yeshua nourishes His people as Joseph nourished Egypt and others during famine.
Until Benjamin (Southern Kingdom) and Joseph (Northern Kingdom) lock arms and cry on each other's shoulders, there is no restoration for the rest of Israel.
After recognising who Joseph (Yeshua) was (Peter at Cesari Philippi) Joseph and Mentuhotep (YHWH) blessed them and gave them Egyptian paradise (Field of Reeds.)
Jacob thinks Joseph died and when he sees he is not dead, it foreshadows the resurrection of Christ.
All Jacob and Leah's children and their kids in total is 33. The age Yeshua died at.
The reunion of the houses of Israel foreshadowed when Jacob and his family arrive in Egypt.
Mentuhotep's Theban family are some of the most benevolent pharaohs in all of Egyptian history. It makes perfect sense in my mind anyway that Israel would bless such a pharaoh and his dynasty.
The reason why Amenemet I had a hatred towards the Israelites and the Mentuhoteps is because they broke Egyptian traditional law - for it is an abomination to eat and raise sheep in Egypt. The reason why Ancient Egyptians hated shepherds is because khemet (Black fertile Land) is not very big and sheep tend to easily devour all the vegetation quicker than any other livestock. So in order for the Egyptians to survive the next harvest, they prohibited sheep. This was why Amenemet was so mad. Mentuhotep allowed shepherds in Egypt. Goshen is different to the Khemet land. That is why Israel was in Lower Egypt (the Delta.)
Read my essay on Amenemet and the Middle Kingdom for more information. This is why Amenemet did what he did. Yet Mentuhotep still understood this law, so that's why he allowed Israel to settle in a separate part in Egypt that will not be destroyed by the sheep. I did not think Amenemet understood Mnetuhotep's intention and he just jumped to conclusions.
Why did Jacob believe when he saw the Egyptian wagon? Orthodox Judaism says that the Hebrew word for wagon, is a code that Jacob knew. It was the last thing thing Jacob and Joseph studied together before he left to Shechem, because it reminded him of his study of the Red Heifer (Yeshua) which has a similar sounding word in Hebrew to a wagon, reminded Jacob of Joseph. But what does God want us to see?
Why is God calling Israel by his old name Jacob? Jacob still replied though.
When YHVH says that Joseph is going to lay hands on Jacob's eyes, tells us Joseph (Yeshua) is going to heal His blind family/body, remove the scales and show revelation. It might also say Joseph will be there at Jacob's death to close his eyes.
There was 81 people coming to Egypt. It should be 70 plus the wives and the 11 sons.
Famine probably caused by the mass production of giants. They devoured A LOT of food because some of them are warriors and fighters. It can be said too that their urine can killed vegetation. This famine also happens twice in Abraham's time then the one is Joseph's.
Jacob lived a very hard life: rival with Esau, tricked by Laban, walks with a limp, the famine and losing his favourite son Joseph. Is Jacob trying to not make Mentuhotep jealous of his inheritance?
There is a financial crisis in Egypt. Prophetic to US crisis.
It is Joseph's law, that allowed the priests of Egypt of Amun to get powerful in the Middle Kingdom and especially in the New Kingdom later.
Just like what happened to Joseph, everything that happens in our lives are extremely important for God's will to be done. Everything that happens to us is from God and also every decision we make can either be of Him or of the enemy. God uses the enemy to create chaos to expose what is already there, so that the righteous can see it and bring the righteousness to a point of decision. Every Godincidence that happens may seem evil onto us, but ultimately God meant it unto good. It does not matter how much humiliation you have been through - repent and let YHVH work.
The regathering of all the tribes of Israel will happen at the end of the Greater Exodus and will form the 2 Witnesses.
Ezekiel 37 WAS NOT 1948!!!! That was Ha'Satan's counterfeit.
Zionism (synagogue of Satan) planed to make Israel a secular nation before World War 2.
They used Hitler's antisemitism to create Israel after the war.
The Holocaust was inflated to 6 Million deaths in order for the world to sympathises with the Jews and so create a counterfeit nation from that.
The 11 disciples are fulfilment of the shadow of Joseph's 11 11 brothers and Judas (Greek for Judah) is an exact parallel of what Judah did to Joseph (Yeshua.)
The story of the Prodigal Son is the story of Ephraim, Joseph (Northern Tribes) return to the Father and the second brother Judah (Jews), will not appreciate it.
The famine during the Prodigal Son parable hearkens back to the famine of Joseph.
The best robe given to the lost son: refers to Joseph's robe of many colours.
"For this is my son is dead and is alive again." Jacob when he realises his son Joseph is still alive. The Son of God was dead and is now alive.
Judah will be furious when they see a multitude of non-Jewish people coming back into covenant.
The Judgement seat of Christ is when Judah goes up to Joseph to explain the situation.
"If one died for all, then we are all dead." Judah's redemption comes when he says to his father that he is willing to die if Benjamin dies.
When Jacob's family recognised Joseph (Yeshua) they were "raised up together and made to sit together in Heavenly places. Avaris/Goshen is a paradise of earth.

Curious relief of Mentuhotep II smiting a fellow Egyptian nomarch while holding the benevolent shepherd's crook. This is why i believe mainly why the Mentuhoteps are Pharaohs of Joseph's time. |
