Deuteronomy Week 49 - Ki Teytzay (When You Go) Notes

These are my first ever Torah Portion notes from 2018 and 2019, drawn from these sources. Every Saturday starting from Friday sunset, God's people get together and read portions from the Torah to learn and look deeper into His word, starting after the 8 days Feast of tabernacles until.Tabernacles the next year:

TORAH
Here, modern Christians and atheist alike can argue that the Old Testament is too old for us and not relevant or it showcases how YHWH is an unpleasant traditionalist oppressive God. Indeed, Richard Dawkin's amusing and basis pregnant claims highlights that “the God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully." It is this outlook that exposes his heart about the Torah. But King David said this part of the Bible was "Psalm 119:137-144 King James Version (KJV)
137 Righteous..., and upright....
138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
139 My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
141 I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live."
Which view is right?

Image result for hug policeOn the outset, we tend to bring our views to the Scriptures rather than let them interrupt themselves and if we do it the Dawkins way, it seems the God is like Hitler. This Torah Portion is overwhelmingly about our relationship with other people and love your neighbour. It in fact, has more of the laws in it than another Torah Portion. They are moral judgements for everyday situations and He is telling us how to live the best life we can according to His will. We do this because it manifests Him into this dark world. It will be a sign that we are serving the Creator and is the best way to silent witness to those that are lost. The laws given must resonate with us because we are saved and in Christ. He is the source of all good. This is because all the Torah hangs on love - the two greatest commandments. Take a good look at this chart be we get started.
"John 15:10-11 King James Version (KJV)
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full."

This sounds like rape and war crime for those that do not know its meaning. YHWH says that when you full in love with a foreign women on a war campaign, you must shave her head? It sounds misogynistic, like Dawkins claims. It takes a fallen mind to take something like this and see such a heinous deed in it, so inconstant with the rest of the Torah. If the Word is perfect then we are misunderstanding it and to see where we went wrong and fix the mistake.
"Deuteronomy 21:10-14 World English Bible (WEB)
10 When you go out to battle against your enemies, and Yahweh your God delivers them into your hands, and you carry them away captive, 11 and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you have a desire to her, and desire to take her as your wife; 12 then you shall bring her home to your house. She shall shave her head and trim her nails. 13 She shall take the clothing of her captivity off of herself, and shall remain in your house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month. After that you shall go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.14 And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.It says not to have sex, but to marry the person you desire. What they would do, when the women were captured they would put on clothes or even lack of clothes to beatify and tempt men. YHWH knows man's heart and knows how he created the sexual drive, so if a man sees a woman behaving like this, then he is probably going to lust after her and have very adulterous thoughts plaguing their minds or even worse - go to bed with them. So YHWH says that if a man wants to take the woman home to get married, she needs to shave her head and cut her nails so she will not be able to entice and tempt the man she had been taken to. As someone that is wrestling with lust and sexual temptation, i say amen to this! It gives the woman freedom to go through her mourning practise for her lost country destroyed in war, which is to cut off her hair. This also gave the man an opportunity to see that woman  the way she really was and when they marry, it will be real deep love. I don't know about you, dealing with this for one mouth would teach you respect and be compassionate about those that have suffered from war. Obviously, a consent has to be made as well. This Scripture is realistic and it reminds us how to properly purse marriage.

The war captives that were spared are to be purified with the other Israelites. That means they are grafted into the House of Israel - thus showcasing the acceptance and welcoming nature of the church. The process of doing this on the third and the second day reflects the purification of the red heifer.

The reason why God keeps us from marrying multiple women is because He knows it is inevitable that we will make mistakes, he gets arrogant and wants to preserve his inheritance and marries another women he likes and has a child with her and wants that child to be his hire. You cannot do this. If you marry a woman and you end up hating her, you have got to follow through with the rights of the firstborn for that person. The principle from this tells us, that when we marry someone, we have to absolutely make sure you love your spouse, because one you do, the rights of the firstborn are going right to her first born child. This gives us a message that we need to be very careful who we marry. He still gives us laws about polygamy, but He makes them so burdensome because it is so unnatural and so unfulfilling. If man have never sinned, we would never see this law exist.
"Galatians 3:18-19 World English Bible (WEB)
18 For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no more of promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by promise.
19 Then why is there the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise has been made. It was ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator."

If you lost something and you see someones having something that you lost, the you and the other guy go to the judges to reason it out. If it turn out to be yours, the thief gives to you double. If it is not and you are seen as committing thief so you have to pay double.

Now you need to look after someones pet or animal, and get lost, is hurt or dies, you get with that person, make an oath saying you had no intention for the animals misfortune so they can believe you and they must accept that. If they blame you for its misfortune, they are the sinner, not you. Vice versa, you are the sinner if you actually want the pet to suffer misfortune. If the pet you looked after is stolen from you because of negligence, you make restitute to that owner. But if a wild animal killed it and you show the evidence, then there is no restitution. This same principle is used in the story when Joseph's brother show Jacob his blood filled coat as "evidence" of his supposed death. They do not bring his corpse though, with made Jacob doubt his sons authenticity.

In order for charges to be brought forth to the elders and judges, the son must be stubborn, rebellious, absolutely unwilling to obey his parents even after being disciplined, he must be an adult that is rebellious, a glutton and a drunkard and abuses his parents and destroys society. A trail in the Bet Din (law court or "house of judgement"), has to take place before the son is stoned, because it could be the parents that are crazy and not the child and the child is broken due to such abusive parents. It is after this court secession and that son is still in rebellion and cocky, then they have the every right to stone the child and kill him for the better of the community. Obviously, the ramifications of the sins of the son would do more damage to the structure of society and it would spare the society's survival if that son is killed. Imagine we did this today to serial killers. Crime rates would drop exponentially. Also, it prevents the son's children and wife having to suffer and become evil from the abuse of their husband and father, so God is also sparing the generations after the rebellious child. The children will be abused, they will grow up with exact same ideologies as the father and will become more veil than him. Remove the evil from your midst because it spreads like cancer. I just wish we were in such a society that was theocratic like this! Imagine how low the crime rate would be! That means, we cannot execute punitive punishments like this now. We are not under a Godly society. God did this because He loved His people and He was creating perversions of protection. No record of this execution had ever happened in Israel's history because the children knew that this was serious.

Verse 23 of chapter 21 relates to Yeshua.:
"Deuteronomy 21:23 King James Version (KJV)
23 His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
"Galatians 3:13-14 King James Version (KJV)
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."
Yeshua took the worse punishment in the Torah by hanging on a cross. We were worthy of such a punitive death punishment because we are evil. These were designed to put fear into the heart of God's people to say, this is what happens when you create such a crime so the onlooker would never go down such a destructive road. Even here there is mercy for that sinful person as they are required to be taken down off the tree and put into a grave. Even in the hate and even in the worst of punishment, mercy is given. Judgement and mercy go together as two sides of the coin. We also see this happen to Absalom. When he hanged on a  tree, he was at that moment not worthy to for Heaven and earth.
''2 Samuel 18:9-10 World English Bible (WEB)
9 Absalom happened to meet David’s servants. Absalom was riding on his mule, and the mule went under the thick boughs of a great oak, and his head caught hold of the oak, and he was taken up between the sky and earth; and the mule that was under him went on. 10 A certain man saw it, and told Joab, and said, “Behold, I saw Absalom hanging in an oak.”

We are required to go out of our way for somebody else. How many time do we go out of our way to help them if for example they have a flat tyre, you would use your money to buy them a new one.
"Matthew 5:43-48 King James Version (KJV)
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
Imagine someone that despises you and hates you and you do something loving for them. This is above and beyond human, it is supernatural character of Christ is to go above and beyond.

We do not have donkeys today since we are no longer a proper Israelite society connected to nature. But when someone dose break down, we are commanded here to help them out'

Honesty, is the f movement actuality helping women or is it destroying women? It all comes to what we wear. Is is cool to where a head-covering or shave your beatify hair?

Yes, even if you are playing a woman's role in a play this would still be an abomination because you are wearing women's clothes. And women cannot wear men's clothes as well which is what women in the work force wear exactly today, trousers and suits like men, short hair (not particularly appealing). This also does not mean if you are cold you wrap yourself in a man's cloak you are sinning. It means if you are wearing it as fashion. You can tell a whole lot about a girl of what they wear, especially today when they try and expose parts of their body to beatify themselves. This shows that they lack modesty and modesty is what the makes up a women of God. This has spiritual connections too, as we are the bride. YHWH is our husband. We are not to take the role of the husband and the authority in the relationship.

If you come across a birds nest, and you take the mother away to get the eggs, the eggs will die because a mother needs to look after them. If you just take the eggs, the mother will produce more eggs.

In ancient times, houses had flat roofs so nobody can fall off them and die.

We cannot sow our grounds with two types of seed. It spiritually pictures the seed of woman and the seed of the Nephilim. We are not to plant the word of God with anything else in the House of Israel.

To be unequally yoked means it is almost impossible to plow a field with a donkey and an ox. This also relates to the concept of relationship. If a partner has no desire to walk out God's commandments in the spirit then it is being unequally yoked. If you are married and this happens, you need to pray for your spouse and if it does not walk, you must divorce and if you are not you must pursue another person that walks at your pace spiritually.

The ox is a clean animal and the donkey is an unclean animal. So we are not to mix the common with the profane.
''2 Corinthians 6:14-17 World English Bible (WEB)
14 Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?15 What agreement does Christ have with Belial? Or what portion does a believer have with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people.”Leviticus 26:12; Jeremiah 32:38; Ezekiel 37:27 17 Therefore

“‘Come out from among them,
and be separate,’ says the Lord.
‘Touch no unclean thing.
I will receive you. Isaiah 52:11; Ezekiel 20:34,41

When it says you cannot have two types of linen mixed together it means you cannot have wool mixed with linen in clothing. It would not make sense back then to wear both together because, wool is meant to keep you warm and line is meant to keep you cool. Wool resonates at 5000 htz and linen at 5000 htz. When we put the together, they cancel each other out and since our body produces a resonant frequency of 100 hzt and by putting on something at 0 hzt is proven scientifically to cause health problems. YHWH knows what He is doing. He is the creator. It is wisdom.

Here are some insights from Mike Ford:

The great medieval Jewish scholar, Maimonides, wrote that ancient pagan priests used to wear wool and linen together while practicing the occult and idol worship. Therefore, he reasoned, we should stay away from sha’atnez. In contrast, a more recent, non-Jewish writer said the reason for this law was that both the priestly garments of the Old Testament and the Tabernacle weavings were a combination of wool and linen, so laypersons were prohibited from dressing the same way.
Both comments could be legitimate, but the second has a problem. That the priest’s white undergarment was made of linen and his vestment was made of wool is true, but they are two different articles of clothing, not one item of mixed fabrics. Deuteronomy 22:11 reads, “You shall not wear a[singular] garment of . . . wool and linen mixed together” (emphasis ours).
Another option offered by some is that mixing wool and linen upsets the environmental and/or metaphysical fabric of the universe. The Jamison, Faucett and Brown Bible Commentary asserts that
the observations and researches of modern science have proved that wool, when combined with linen, increases its power of passing off electricity from the body. In hot climates, it brings on malignant fevers and exhausts the strength; and when passing off from the body, it meets with the heated air, inflames and excoriates like a blister.
This was written in 1871, so when the authors refer to “researches of modern science,” they are speaking of not-so-modern research. Lest we make light of the seeming absurdity of this statement, other sources support this view. Articles, easily found on the Internet, tout the healing properties of linen and, to a lesser extent, wool, not to mention scientific studies that have measured the respective electronic frequencies of the human body and different fabrics. The most beneficial was linen, while silk had none at all. Wool did well, but its benefits were not nearly as good as linen.
Another possibility for God giving this command involves the story of Cain and Abel in Genesis 4. According to Jewish tradition, for what it is worth, the offering they were to give was for Passover. These same traditions have Cain bringing flax (from which linen is made) and Abel, a sheep (and thus wool). After Cain killed Abel, it was decreed, the thinking goes, that never again should the two substances mix.
Moreover, Abel’s lamb resembles the paschal lamb, but Cain’s offering recalls Egypt, which is identified by its production and use of linen. One rabbi went so far as to write that linen is unrighteousness and wool is righteous. He clarifies that wearing linen by itself is not forbidden, just that it represents Egypt. Yet, Revelation 19:8 tells us that the resurrected saints will be clothed in fine linen, clean and white, which would seem to demolish the “linen equals Egypt” theory.
A “Christian” website reasoned along similar but exactly opposite lines when it opined that wool is Old Covenant or “works,” and linen is New Covenant and “grace.” It went on to state that the two can nevermix!
Our own website features a short article on the wearing of mixed fibers. Based on answers to questions sent in to the Worldwide Church of God many years ago, it explains Leviticus 19:19 and Deuteronomy 22:11 as a kind of “consumer protection law.” Clothing is made from two basic kinds of natural fibers. One kind is from plant cellulose fiber, such as linen and cotton. The other is from animal protein fiber, such as wool and silk. Since they differ markedly in strength, washability, absorption, and so forth, they should not be mixed. The article goes on to say that combining wool and linen produces a cheaper garment.
What we generally know about clothing agrees with this. A 100% wool suit is of higher quality than one of mixed types. A 100% silk tie is preferred over a blend, and so on. This short piece on our website ends by pointing out that wearing such materials in not a sin in itself. Rather, God does not want manufacturers producing shoddy materials in order to take advantage of their customers. A wise principle to follow in selecting either a pure or mixed garment is to purchase the best quality one can afford—it will last longer and fit better than inferior, less expensive clothes.
Which of these possible reasons for this law is correct? Are all of them right? Is this a chok, a law whose logic is not evident? Each of these options has some merit.

The answer to sexual lust = TZITZIT!
"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." Matthew 5:27-28

Are you ready to take responsibility for what your eyes look at? Wearing tzitzit, is stops us form lusting after from what our eyes go whoring after. It reminds us that we are His people. He knows that there will be times when explicate images might flash in front of the filter of our eyes.

If a man says the woman he slept with is not a virgin, then the women is not allowed not be killed because you need at least two witnesses. If the controversy is wrong, the man is given a fine of 100 shekels.
One possibility is that this charge is come up, and the woman is found guilty at the mouth of two or three witnesses and she can be stoned.

If a man sees a girl and forces to have sex with her - aka rape her, that man should be killed in order for other similar men to not commit such a deed. This honours the woman as she is completely innocent in this case, and is spared. The man that died does not marry the girl that is raped, but his family has to give the bridal price to that women if she has a child form the rape.
Unfortunately, in today's world, due to the feminist movement, if a girl has a child from rape she does not want, the child will either be slaughtered in abortion clinics or the child is an orphan. Sadly, no one is willing to jeopardising their school life, ruin all possible opportunities of getting a job and risking their life of becoming successful in collage life to get married in order to protect this child because everyone is so selfish. Imagine stunting your academic potential and forever risk the opportunity to get a good life by getting married early to rise up your child born out of an accident, that would be honourable. You will never be the person you wished to be your whole life. But you will have peace because you saved your child and rises them from the evil world.

If a young man decides to marry a young woman and he gets intimate with her and  the natural drive overtakes him and accidentally fornicates with her and she is pregnant, he at that moment has no choice. He is required to marry her and required to give the bridal price for her. Only by one exception that he he does not have to marry her, if the father of that bride says no, he cannot marry her, but he cannot wag out on not giving the bridal price. he still must pay it. Today, this would stop us form fornicating, by having sex with girls outside of marriage that they do not even want to marry, if he absolutely he had to marry her by fornicating, men would stop doing this. The moment you fornicated with a girl you would not want to marry, you had to marry her and on top of that you must pay the bridal price  and if you are unlucky, you might not even be married to the girl at all if the father rejects the relationship. If you do not like the girl, you CANNOT divorce her. What God is doing here is that He is saying that we need to honour women to make sure if something like this happens, we must do it the right way so the girl doe snot undergo the stress of raising a child alone.

God sounds very mean. This is an argument used by those that believe that Yeshua is a different God than YHWH because He said that the sick and the lame are to come to Him and be healed. YHWH's rules are infinite in every scope, so great that we can not even measure our understanding of how amazing this God truly is. He is setting a standard that no one comes to Him that reflects death, or they die. Now it might not be the persons fault that they are a dwarf they are deaf or blind or disabled. Does not mean being disabled is a sin. No. Nocturnal emissions and other things are natural are not a sin but are signs of the fallen nature of man embedded in our DNA that is twisted and is death. Anyone that has done anything that is ritually unclean like, menstruation, having ejaculation, vomit and burring a dead relative all relates to death. You cannot bring death into YHWH's presence because He is Holy and at this time period, He was literally dwelling among them. There is only life in YHWH's presence. I do not know about you, but this is very merciful.  He is saving the unfortunate from instant death from Himself. He is so powerful, those with signs of death will be annihilated because He is the source of all life. He still loves these people but they cannot come into His manifest physical presence because He is so powerful.

Those that are lost, YHWH calls Ephraim blind, lame (perishing for lack of knowledge.) He talks about how Israel His people limp along  because they have forgotten His Torah and His statues and His commandments and His decrees and they limp. They were made to run and jump like children.

People that have broken a bone like a hand or a leg because of running to evil. The Scriptures explain that those that do not help the needy and shed innocent blood (abortion) the very purpose of their hands and feet are broken.

Being a dwarf and having hunchback in the spiritual realm and in the Scriptures represents how people have not reached their full potential and have not reached a level of maturity. These are the people caught in the milk of God word that do not have the depth of it. Because of not having a deep understanding their spiritual growth is stunted. Those who are stunted, cannot offer to YHWH but can only eat the bread. This is a picture of the wedding guests (the stunted who have lack of enthusiasm and are deceived, thinking they are severing God by sinning) and the bride (the priests who have a higher standard that want to be set apart from the world, taking His word seriously).
However, you cannot be part of the council of elders. These people can be part of Isarel or the church.

We are not supposed to detest Edom (Zionsists) and Egyptians (members of the world).

When we go out is spiritual battle, the verse in chapter 23:9 would still apply.

Obvious, when the manifest presence returns, we are to make sure when we go to the loo, it must be outside the camp - eg digging a hole. It is laws like the hygiene laws that svaed the Jews from the Black Death.

If someone treats a maid really badly to the point they are in slavery, and the slave runs away, that is fine.

In the pagan temples, their would be cult prostitutes. This is clearly not to be done in YHWH's temple.

We can charge of interest to a foreigner.

When people make vows or promises, you cannot break it. You also find yourself in a trap by manipulating God by feeling to do something for Him due to what He has done. Not always, it can lead to dictating God. We should ideally be listening to what He says and doing it. Better to not do a vow.
"When you vow a vow to God, don’t defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow." Ecclesiastes 5:4

When you go into your neighbour's vineyard, you can eat all you want but you cannot harvest it and sell it. This is the same with grain.

When a man divorces his wife, he cannot take her back again unless he dies. YHWH divorced Israel but brought her back by dying and then resurrecting.
Deuteronomy 24:1-4
New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)

24 Suppose a man enters into marriage with a woman, but she does not please him because he finds something objectionable about her, and so he writes her a certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house; she then leaves his house 2 and goes off to become another man’s wife. 3 Then suppose the second man dislikes her, writes her a bill of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house (or the second man who married her dies); 4 her first husband, who sent her away, is not permitted to take her again to be his wife after she has been defiled; for that would be abhorrent to the Lord, and you shall not bring guilt on the land that the Lord your God is giving you as a possession.

Yeshua said, "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." - Matthew 15:24

Why did He say that to the Jews? Why the lost from the house of Israel? Both are harlots - but Judah is actually part of Israel as one of the 12 tribes. He came for the whole house, because the Groom needs to redeem the adulterous bride.

They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the Lord. - Jeremiah 3:1

But God divorced Israel:

"And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also." - Jeremiah 3:8

Yeshua says Matthew 5:32, "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."

Where did Jeremiah and Yeshua get that notion? From the Torah - the Father's marriage contract:

1 When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
2 And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.
3 And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
4 Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance. - Deuteronomy 24:1-4

YHVH married Israel at Mt. Sinai. His Torah was the marriage covenant. Through it, He said:

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. - Exodus 19:5,6

When Israel later began whoring after other gods, YHVH divorced her. But that meant - according to God's own Law, she could never return to Him. Yet, throughout the Old Testament, we see the prophets declaring that YHVH will redeem and take her back. How could that be? Would YHVH really violate His own Law? Nope. He had an amazing plan in mind! A "great mystery" as Paul called it.

Though a man can divorce his wife, she can not remarry, for despite the marriage contract which is easily broken, the two become ONE FLESH. That is not something that can be separated so easily. If she remarries, she causes the other man to be an adulterer. And she can never return to her first husband, for she has been defiled by the last husband. This problem remains in effect until the original husband dies.

The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord. - 1 Corinthians 7:39

Now watch this - Romans 7:
1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?
2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Did you catch it? The adulterous wife - in this case Israel - was freed from the curse of adultery by the death of Christ/who is the Word of YHVH made flesh. Thus, the Father redeemed His Bride (Israel) through His only begotten Son Yeshua! It's the most amazing love story ever! In order to get His Bride back, the Groom had to die.

The HCSB renders Romans 7:4 a lot clearer for us:

Therefore, my brothers, you also were put to death in relation to the law through the crucified body of the Messiah, so that you may belong to another--to Him who was raised from the dead--that we may bear fruit for God. - Romans 7:4 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)

This makes Paul's words to the Ephesians make a whole lot more sense:

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; - Ephesians 5:25

This verse explains why Yeshua said what He said in Matthew 15:24. He loved His Church, the Bride, which is Israel (as confirmed by Rev. 21) so much that He gave His own life to redeem her back to Himself.

This is the reason why Gentiles get grafted/adopted into this family. To be the Bride, is to be Israel, which was redeemed unto YHVH by the death of the Husband. Gentiles were never in covenant to begin with. Gentiles are "out of covenant people." When you accept Christ, you "cross over" (which is what the word "Hebrew" actually means) from death to life. Once you do that, you are grafted into the cultivated olive tree which is Israel. More specifically, you are adopted in through the family name of Ephraim (who was himself adopted by Jacob from Joseph to be his own).

Once you understand the above, you realize that Darby was wayyyyyyy off-base. His Dispensational theology messes up the entire plan of YHVH as clearly laid out in the Scriptures and serves only one purpose: to justify the equally bogus and ubiblical notion of a pre-Trib. Rapture. It allows people to look at Matthew 24, wherein verse 29 clearly states that Yeshua won't be in the clouds (where Paul says we will meet him at the "harpazo" of 1 Thess. 4:16,17) until AFTER the Tribulation, and say things like "That's for the Jew. The Church is already gone by this point."  Separating the Church from Israel causes all kinds of problems with reconciling the entire Bible - OT and NT - and it totally nullifies huge sections of the book of Romans and other books as well.

When a man married his wife, he is not to be charged duty? This means, he is to not be forced to do any-work or go to war.

What happened to Miriam was a punishment for kidnapping and speaking falsely.

If someone is poor and their pledge is their cloak, return to them when they need it. We need to look after the poor. We also cannot pervert the justice of the widow and the fatherless. YHWH did this for us when He delivered us from the land of Egypt, therefore we ought to do this ourselves. When YHWH repeats something over again, He is strongly making the point clear.
"Deuteronomy 24:19-22 World English Bible (WEB)
19 When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to get it. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow, that Yahweh your God may bless you in all the work of your hands. 20 When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
21 When you harvest your vineyard, you shall not glean it after yourselves. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow. 22 You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt. Therefore I command you to do this thing."

"Deuteronomy 25:1-3 World English Bible (WEB)
25 If there is a controversy between men, and they come to judgment and the judges judge them, then they shall justify the righteous and condemn the wicked. 2 It shall be, if the wicked man is worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down and to be beaten before his face, according to his wickedness, by number. 3 He may sentence him to no more than forty stripes. He shall not give more, lest if he should give more and beat him more than that many stripes, then your brother will be degraded in your sight."
This has spiritual applications.
"Luke 12:47-48 World English Bible (WEB)
47 That servant, who knew his lord’s will, and didn’t prepare, nor do what he wanted, will be beaten with many stripes, 48 but he who didn’t know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. To whomever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked."

Paul applies the law of not muzzling the ox to a spiritual sense.
"1 Corinthians 9:3-11 World English Bible (WEB)
3 My defense to those who examine me is this: 4 Have we no right to eat and to drink? 5 Have we no right to take along a wife who is a believer, even as the rest of the apostles, and the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? 6 Or have only Barnabas and I no right to not work? 7 What soldier ever serves at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard, and doesn’t eat of its fruit? Or who feeds a flock, and doesn’t drink from the flock’s milk? 8 Do I speak these things according to the ways of men? Or doesn’t the law also say the same thing? 9 For it is written in the law of Moses, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.”Deuteronomy 25:4 Is it for the oxen that God cares, 10 or does he say it assuredly for our sake? Yes, it was written for our sake, because he who plows ought to plow in hope, and he who threshes in hope should partake of his hope. 11 If we sowed to you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we reap your fleshly things?"

What does the law mean in regard to the house of him whose sandal is removed? This custom is seen in the book of Ruth.
"Ruth 4:7-8 World English Bible (WEB)
7 Now this was the custom in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning exchanging, to confirm all things: a man took off his sandal, and gave it to his neighbor; and this was the way of formalizing transactions in Israel. 8 So the near kinsman said to Boaz, “Buy it for yourself,” then he took off his sandal."
The idea of a man taking off his shoe and giving it to someone else was a sign of honour and respect, but if a woman came along and took off his shoe, it was seen as a sign of shame.

If a women tries to grope a man's genitals unlawfully, her hand must be cut off and no pity should be shown. What is is this? The idea for having no pity is seen in the judicial phrase of "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot." This cutting off a woman's hand is a result of a court of law for sexual abuse perpetrated by a woman to a man.

We are to judge righteously. We dealt with this last week.
"Matthew 7:1-4 World English Bible (WEB)
Image result for amalek nephilim7 “Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. 2 For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. 3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? 4 Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye,’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye?"
Yeshua here is making connections to Deuteronomy 25.

Wait a minute, it does not make sense if we are blot out the memory of Amalek if we are told to remember what he did. It means to wipe out the seed of the amalekites/hyksos - Nephilim seed.

So, in the end, Richard Dawkins has not bothered to read the Torah himself, because clearly his views are misunderstood basis. By understanding these Scriptures, we unlock the true intents of God's heart. It is nothing like what Dawkins wants you believe.

PROPHETS AND NEW TESTAMENT

Yeshua's visage was so marred He was unrecognisable at the crucifixion. Yeshua also did not stand out at all.

Yeshua took the curse of the adulterous bride by taking the curse of hanging on a tree and taking chastisement and flogged.

We are redeemed by YHWH, our sorrows like being an orphan or a widow will be no more.

YHWH has so much mercy and His covenant will never be done away if as the mountains remain.

If their is fornication amongst God's people, then it carries the death penalty. However, here there is an exception to the rule. If it is a society of ungodly people (society today) and there is sex outside of marriage, it will be ridiculous and everybody will be getting killed. They have a pass for now because some do not understand His Torah. It is not about just getting killed like the Draconian laws. It is to show how serious these sins are in order to prevent God's people from committing them. God's people knew this was not wrong. Society easily commits these sins because there is no consequence to the sin. This is His standard. Torah is not supposed to work for our society. It is the constitution of Yeshua's heavenly Kingdom which is soon coming down here on earth.
"Matthew 5:27-28 World English Bible (WEB)
27 “You have heard that it was said,  ‘You shall not commit adultery;’Exodus 20:14 28 but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."

When Yeshua refers to cutting you right hand off so you may not sin, He is referring to the woman in Deuteronomy 25 that sexually abuses a man, her hand is commanded to be cut off after a court of law. We are to remove all things that will force us to commit adultery.

The reason why the law of Moses was given because man is very sinful.

The idea of the woman having seven wives comes from the Book of Tobit:
"7 It came to pass the same day, that in Ecbatane a city of Media Sara the daughter of Raguel was also reproached by her father's maids;
8 Because that she had been married to seven husbands, whom Asmodeus the evil spirit had killed, before they had lain with her. Dost thou not know, said they, that thou hast strangled thine husbands? thou hast had already seven husbands, neither wast thou named after any of them.
9 Wherefore dost thou beat us for them? if they be dead, go thy ways after them, let us never see of thee either son or daughter.
10 When she heard these things, she was very sorrowful, so that she thought to have strangled herself; and she said, I am the only daughter of my father, and if I do this, it shall be a reproach unto him, and I shall bring his old age with sorrow unto the grave." Tobit 3:7-10
So here, when Yeshua says that in the Millennial we will be as the angels and we cannot marry, this comes form the Book of Enoch.
"1And He answered and said to me, and I heard His voice: “Fear not, Enoch, thou righteous man and scribe of righteousness: approach hither and hear my voice.
2And go, say to the Watchers of heaven, who have sent thee to intercede for them: ‘You should intercede for men, and not men for you:
3Wherefore have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children of earth, and begotten giants as your sons?
4And though ye were holy, spiritual, living the eternal life, you have defiled yourselves with the blood of women, and have begotten children with the blood of flesh, and, as the children of men, have lusted after flesh and blood as those also do who die and perish.
5Therefore have I given them wives also that they might impregnate them, and beget children by them, that thus nothing might be wanting to them on earth.
6But you were formerly spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world.
7And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for as for the spiritual ones of the heaven, in heaven is their dwelling.” Enoch 15:1-7
